Residents benefit from a wide range of high-quality amenities, housed within beautifully designed, light-filled spaces.

How would you describe the hospitality services?

Hospitality services are an integral part of the lifestyle offering at Riverstone. A friendly and experienced concierge team are on hand 24/7 to anticipate and meet the needs of every resident from booking theatre tickets, recommending restaurants, IT support, helping with deliveries through to emergency call response and valet parking.

We want every day at Riverstone to be uplifting and full of possibility.

How does Riverstone approach wellbeing?

Riverstone has assembled a team of specialists to provide the best in health & wellbeing services. These services range from advice on nutrition and staying active through to medical and lifestyle advice.

We know wellbeing means different things to different people. For some it may be the wide-ranging amenities such as the spa for a well-deserved massage for others it may be a simple relaxing dip in the pool.

We believe wellbeing is about quality of life. Whatever well-being means to you, we will do our best to offer you choice and keep you living well.

Is Riverstone a Care Home?

No, Riverstone is not a care home. You will have the independence of owning your own apartment within a retirement living community that offers a range of high-quality services and amenities to you and your guests.

We know that staying well and maintaining independence is a priority and we want our residents to have complete peace of mind. That is why we have chosen to partner with the highly regarded home care provider, The Good Care Group. They are there to provide home care should you want it but you can, of course, choose a different care provider if you wish.

What Care Services are available?

The Good Care Group at Riverstone offer a bespoke service, created especially for residents. Each location has its own dedicated Registered Care Manager who leads a responsive and high-quality service. The Good Care Group offer packages of care which can be tailored to match your changing needs, ranging from 30-minute slots to 24-hour live-in care, all in the comfort of your own home. You can access as little or as much help as you need, depending on how your needs change over time. Please note that nursing care is not provided.

The cost of these services will be charged at a pre-agreed rate on a pay-as-you-go basis.

In 2019, the Care Quality Commission rated The Good Care Group as ‘Outstanding’ in all five domains – safe, effective, caring, well-led and responsive to people’s needs – demonstrating the Group’s dedication to care without compromise.

Residents are free to choose an alternative care provider if they wish, at any point.

What is the length of the lease offered at Riverstone Kensington

Purchasers are able to enjoy all the benefits of home ownership. Apartments are sold on a lease with a 150-year term. We also have a limited number of properties available on a time limited basis, to rent for 12 or 18 months.

What is the Riverstone Club network?

The Riverstone Club network gives residents access to all our fantastic Riverstone locations across London and as we expand you can enjoy all the amenities on offer. You will also benefit from the discounts available as a Riverstone resident. Being part of the Riverstone Club comes at no extra cost to you.

Can I bring my pets?

All our locations are pet-friendly, so appropriate and well-behaved companions can enjoy Riverstone alongside you in restricted areas.

Can people visiting use the amenities on-site?

Riverstone understands that maintaining close connections with family and friends will be of utmost importance to residents.

All on-site amenities, including the leisure facilities and restaurants, are available for guests and family who can book in via the Concierge Team. The restaurants are open to the public, welcoming the local community.
